By accessing or using HireIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HireIQ provides an AI-powered platform for resume screening and candidate evaluation. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze resumes, generate match scores, identify skill gaps, and produce candidate summaries.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload resumes without proper authorization from the candidates
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Upload malicious files or content that could harm the platform

5. AI-Generated Recommendations Disclaimer

HireIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate candidate scores, summaries, and recommendations. These outputs are provided as assistive tools to support hiring decisions. They are not definitive assessments of a candidate's suitability, skills, or potential. Recruiters and hiring managers should use their professional judgment and conduct thorough evaluations before making hiring decisions. HireIQ is not liable for hiring decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

6. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Pricing and plan features may change with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

HireIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
