How does the AI scoring work?
Our AI analyzes each resume against your job description, evaluating factors like skills match, experience relevance, education, and certifications. Each candidate receives a 0-100 score.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Firestore, and UploadThing with industry-standard security practices.
What file formats are supported?
We currently support PDF and DOCX file formats for resume uploads.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Our Free plan includes 20 resume screens per month with no credit card required.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
You can upgrade from the Billing section in your dashboard. Pro costs ₹999/month and includes unlimited screens and advanced features.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Razorpay dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is HireIQ an ATS replacement?
HireIQ is designed to complement your existing ATS, not replace it. We focus specifically on intelligent resume screening and candidate evaluation.
